What do you like about working at Neways International?

"It is flexible for when you need or want to take time off for personal reasons. The pay is acceptable and benefits are okay."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you know what you're getting into before accepting the job. Do a lot of research."

What don't you like about working at Neways International?

"Management is not particularly competent. Most people in management/upper management seemed to just be the lowest hanging fruit. Very poor relationships between departments (they mostly work against each other rather than working together). Very little recognition for good work. Poor communication."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Show some appreciation for employees. Learn how to be aware of your employees job functions and responsibilities. Learn to communicate effectively."
