"I work as a welder for Formaspace. Unfortunately, in my experience with this company, I have found that management shows very little respect towards production employees. Work schedules are often shared at the last minute, time off on holidays is withheld to incentivize sweatshop production rates, and filling up water bottles is only permitted during breaks (which are spaced 3 hours apart). Every time an employee tries to respectfully address these issues with management, managers attempt to shut them down completely. It also seems as if management is trying to keep the CEO in the dark about these issues. So poor communication is an issue as well. Toxic culture to the T, I would not recommend working here."
