"They have many great operators at this company. They where a pleasure to work with."

"Go in knowing that it is a very diffucult place to work. They have a very large OL Boy network inhouse. It is very hard to fit in."

"I had little to no support from the management. They just put you on a job and helped in no way."

"They need to learn to help the foreman of the jobs. If they would put more time into helping the site would run better and at a profit. They need to be interactive not reactive."

"The people I worked with, the level of safety procedure management, and the safety meetings."

"Don't go to work for them, they will abuse you psychologically, verbally, and professionally. If you do go to work for them, do not let them know you are going to college to earn a higher degree. Dirty politicking is their m.o."

"Practice Integrity, promote based on ability and eligibility. Do not practice favoritism or operate a 'good ole boy' system."
