"I worked for FCCI for about 10 years. The company was performing design/build projects and was doing very well, until the recession in 2008, and the company change direction to hard bidding projects. It was very competitive and the company structure changed and relations were strained, once the new CEO took over."

"The ability to talk openly with my supervisor about the company, throw out suggestions on things to change (i.e. billing/AP proceedures). I was able to learn very much at this company and feel that I benefitted greatly from this opportunity."
