It was very competitive and the company structure changed and relations were strained, once the new CEO took over."

What do you like about working at Ford Construction?

"The ability to talk openly with my supervisor about the company, throw out suggestions on things to change (i.e. billing/AP proceedures). I was able to learn very much at this company and feel that I benefitted greatly from this opportunity."

"Never allow your personal business be heard of in this office."

"In-flexability and not understanding personal, unavoidable situations."
