"The people I'd come into contact with. And being able to provide my customer with my knowledge of the products and services and make suggestions to my clients based on their needs."

"The balance of retail management and personal life outside of the work place."

"Spend more time coaching and training the associates and assistant managers so that the manager doesn't end up working 70+ hours per week."
