"The way Food Lion manages the company, store manager, and department managers are great. They all have a great realationship and appear to have great communication skills because they are always on the same page."

"As a store manager and then a district manager,I was given the freedom to build the stores as I seen fit. I was able to do this through retraining employees and inventory control. As you can see from my resume this being the second store that I built, the store went from 13000 a week to over 37000 a week in sales."

"There's a lot of room to grow in the company. They value their associates and customers. They will try to please the customers."

"I did not like the way they set up the system of the Customer Service Dept. They have placed more than 500 codes that reps can use. Most of the codes are almost the same and sometimes contradict each other. They are also very strict on code errors. They should train the reps a lot more on the codes and minimize the number of codes to use to code the calls that are coming in."

"I've been with Food Lion since 2015 and the company is not what it used to be. The store in Rolesville has drastically declined, especially when the new CSM Brittany took over she is rude and nasty, and has very poor skills when it comes to treating employees with respect, I'd you have to work for food lion I would avoid the Rolesville store #0669"
