What don't you like about working at Fonality?
"Your personal life is completely ignored and you are expected to commit 100% 24/7. Zero process flow or procedures. As it is a fast paced started up, the majority of employees have very little career experience, this is great as each problem tackled has a fresh perspective, but it also means many mistakes are made due to lack of knowledge and experience. Leadership is very volatile and snap judgements were often made."
