What do you like about working at Follett Software Co.?

"It encourage team work and the project I participated cut across IT technical, software development, sales and marketing. It was challenging and interesting, because you'll learn to communicate a lot across a wide spectrum, documenting report, holding meeting across the globe, interacting with colleagues on resolving tech issues. Since I love writing, I enjoyed the project documentation for almost 70 projects I handled within a short time, when I look back, I always commend my efforts and thank Follett for giving me such opportunity"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Believe in team work, do not claim to know it all, someone will always help you out if you run into a wall, accept failure it is not the end of the world. Learn to respect all the old guys at work even if you are more skillful, with sense of responsibility a new comer will fit into Follett easily"

What don't you like about working at Follett Software Co.?

"I love every bit of my stay at Follett, because we have young and old people working together as a team, no discrimination, everyone smile together, every suffer together, I always cherish the team spirit"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should have expanded the project we worked upon and make us full time staff, so that we would not be thinking of going elsewhere atfer the project."
