What do you like about working at Foley Equipment?

"The job is good it is the whole atmasphere of the place. Not allowed to talk or laugh. You know nothing about your coworkers it is all work related. No break room or even a place to sit outside on nice days for lunch. If you want to get away from your desk at lunch you go to sit in your car or stay in your cubbie hole. It is a very depressing place to work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Run. If you choose to except a position at Foley be prepared to leave you soul at the door!"

What don't you like about working at Foley Equipment?

"The whole way we are being treated by the controller and the VP. I feel that prisoners have more freedom than we do at work. Owner is not in touch with her employees at all. Owner has no respect for her accounting staff. We are always baby sitting everyone and no one is accountable for there performance and accounting is always blamed for things that is not our falt and no one stands up for us. Raises are never on time and owner says that management team stands up in meetings to share that information and it is suspose to embarese them but it doesn't work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would allow people to be themselves and not treat them like school children. I would want them to enjoy being at work and enjoy there coworkers."
