"I've worked for Focus Diagnostics for over 10 years and have seen a lot of changes over the years. This company was a great place to work at one time where it felt like a family environment. With the new management team in charge, things have gone completely south. There is a large amount of distrust and unhappy people working there who are looking to make a move. If you're looking for a job, I suggest looking elsewhere because the company will probably not be around much longer under this regime."

"I've worked for Quest Diagnostics since 1990 and now they acquired Focus Diagnostics and all of us in the Serology Department were transferred to Focus in Cypress, January of 2013. It's totally different set up and the name of the department now, is Immunology. We perform all ELISA assays and IFA. We use a lot of Analyzer such as DSX, Quantalyzer, Luminex. I meet new staff and they are very helpful."

"Be prepared for a wild ride if you work here. Depending on which department. There is a lot of Buerocracy, Gossip and it doesn't matter how hard you work, you have to be very political or you will be backstabbed!"

"Boss was very distant, not understanding, too many changes of Bossed 5 in less than 3 years due to aquisition by Quest. Too much politics/Gossip and backstabbing, especially towards some people who are have diffrent personalities or cultures."

"To be more fair in obtaining facts before forming opinions about people due to complaints and Gossip."
