1.2Make sure you recognize the employees who work hard instead of recognizing people who are friends to top management or who get some recommendation to the top management through common friends. People who are managers/directors for some departments do not have the necessary skills and reached that positions only by buttering the management people.
3.9I've worked for FNC for a short amount of time, however I believe I've been there long enough to determine that upper management has issues in predicting future financial needs of the company. FNC has had two layoffs in the past few years because they over estimated the ability of the company to create financial revenue streams. The work environment however seems very organized and the direction of the company seems clear.
4.9I have worked at FNC Inc. as a research intern during summer 2014. I really enjoyed the environment and atmosphere in the company. As an intern I was treated very well and had been given assignments that really mattered for the company. The company utilizes 80/20 Innovation Project - each employee can spend 20% of working time on own proposed project for the benefit of the company. Working at FNC I had a great flexibility of what technology to use and what approach to follow. I really felt that I am a important part of a team, but not just a random guy who came to the company just for couple of months.
