"I've worked with Technip FMC for several years, and over that period of time the company is a great company to work for. Experienced a merge of Technip and FMC Technologies to become TechnipFMC! Worked as a Help Desk Technician for 3 years; answering calls, emails, and chats local and remote."

"I worked for FMC for several years as a tender manager. This was a very busy period but our team leadership was very poor. Pressure to get projects done was very high and came at the expense of quality work and job satisfaction. Career development at FMC is non existent and you are expected to find yourself a new position every 3-4 years. Very political leadership structure."

"I haven't been with the company long but the environment is great. It's a great company with lots of room for growth. Although my only complaint would be my starting low salary but other than that I would highly recommend this company."
