"My position was a hybrid contracting position. I needed to get licensed for mortgage loans, in case a lead came through the FM Lending website and was not being worked on by another mortgage broker, while also helping to build a website that would take the internet leads and route them to the correct loan officer. Once the site was completed and running smoothly, my position was no longer needed."
