"FM Group is only focused on profit, not employees. They demand 70+ hours a week promising large year-end bonuses. They let people go who are not working the crazy hours. The bonuses were tiny in comparison to the profit. Many people who dedicated their lives are not looking for another job. FM Group also tells you all along the way how amazing you are doing and how much they appreciate you, then when it comes down to bonus time, they tell you how poor your work is an how you need to step it up, Several employees eyes were opened this year. You don't ***kill*** people with unpaid massive hours and tell them they are great, make a ton of money, then don't give a bonus, or give a very small bonus and tell them they suck. How are you to create loyalty that way? They are greedy and abusive people to work for. Also, they do not provide sufficiently trained employees for the type of work the projects require, not enough staff for the workload. They make a ton of money on very slim under-trained low paid staff. That is the problem. They load their pockets and keep the clients happy by overworking the staff resulting in high turn-over. If they would hire qualified people at competitive pay, they would have better results and make even more money and not need to overwork people until they quit. This is going to catch up with them soon. It is sad because they do provide a good service, just go about it the wrong way."
