"Although FLVS is totally dependent on the technology it uses to provide virtual courses to students around the globe, there seems to be a tendency towards the status quo instead of innovation. The workplace is wonderful and the people are open-hearted and honest. I enjoy working there, but I am looking for more of a technology-driven workplace."

"We haven't had a raise in two or three years and even though they're implementing the incentive (bonus) programs again this year, it doesn't change the fact that I can barely afford to live alone."
