"Trust that the people they hired can make decisions and perform the duties of the position they were hired for without the micromanagement of the Directors!"

"Two of the owners are very controlling. The main owner is narcissistic, if an idea is presented to him, he will disagree, but later present it as his own. They do not appreciate the employees."

"Management should take management classes, although they know the product they sell. They do not know how to manage people."
