"Pros - - Working here will teach your good modeling practices - Hours are good (7-3:30), 6-430 when overtime is available - You learn a lot about manufacturing as you will personally go to the production floor and troubleshoot issues with your design. Cons - Mediocracy seems to be what is achieved for as management didn’t seem to care much. - Rather then being proactive on projects, everything seemed to be last second and engineers are rushed to get the design complete and the product to the production floor."
