"The pay we received was decent for the work we did, but we all believe that we deserve more, specially when the work load is large, but then you realize that it compensates for when the work load is light. Since I worked with the company for so long and was never looking to change jobs, I've never checked the salary of other companies, but this past year I've checked many jobs and what they offer for similar or greater responsibilities, does not compare favorably, but because of Covid, that might be deceiving. While I worked there, would not have accepted another offer even if the pay was slightly higher."
