"MANAGEMENT WAS FOCUSED TOO MUCH ON WHO WERE THEY GOING TO FIRE. NOT ON WHOSE PERFORMANCE SHOULD THEY REWARD"

"Compensation. I was making a ton of money for babysitting 250 people and making sure they followed a script."

"Know who runs what and who is connected with whom in corporate. People get moved up the chain overnight."
What don't you like about working at Time-Life?
"Got boring at times and the staff turnover and training of new personnel was limited to 5 days when it should have been 10."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Corporate micro-manages everything right down to last penny. Be ready for it. They have not changed their ways and I doubt they will but it has made them successful."

"Mostly everything. The customers were great, my co-workers were awesome, the workload was commonly challenging and it all dealt with an area that I am personally very passionate about."

"Unfortunately this company does not exist anymore but if it did I would say to show your passions for people and movies."

"Very little, only that they didn't have a very competitive pay and that they had no benefits offered to part time employees."
