"The company has some loyal employees that have been employed for a very long time, One develops close friendship with those individuals"

"Use the company to help build your resume, then move on to something bigger and better."
What don't you like about working at Century 21 Department Stores?
"1.Pay is terrible 2.Overworked 3. Management harasses their staff 4. Corporate employees treats everyone else in a demeaning manner. 5. Security dept runs the company, treating everyone like thieves. 6. Store Managers are rude and disrespectful 7. The company is opening more locations, at the same time are cutting down on the sales floor budget. 8. Too many bosses yelling at you at various directions. 9. Customers can be rude and disrespectful. 10. One person does the job of three or four. ETC"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn and understand how to treat and work with your employees. Store owners and upper management feel it is ok to belittle their staff."

"freed to make decisions and be able to learn and grow from them (whether decisions were good or bad)"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would say the hiring process at Computershare is very good and they do a great job at looking at key qualities when determining who would fill the position."
What don't you like about working at Computershare?
"Business was transactional so workload based on jobs coming in would vary (hence staffing could go from 20 to 300 and then back to 20 over the course of a month or two - depending on the length of the project"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better idea of forecasting needs (staffing) to be able to handle call center needs"
What do you like about working at Honda Motor?
"I enjoyed the opportunity to train others the right way to close a sale and how to properly read a credit report. I also enjoyed training people on product knowledge."

"Be prepared for long hours, and make sure you are up to date on your product knowledge."

"I didn't enjoy the 16 hour days and ,knowing that I had to be back in again the next morning at 6am"

"Allow subordinates to grow without micro managing. Failing can be a learning tool."

"Working for Pappas was a great experience. I enjoyed working as a team for the common goal of providing a great experience for the guests. I enjoyed the atmosphere which was very energetic and fast paced."

"I thinks that its important to be the best you. Its important to present yourself in a professional manner and make sure you have done your research about who it is you want to work for. There is nothing more powerful than knowledge."

"There is honestly nothing negative that I can say about my former employer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If I could suggest anything for the management team, it would be to have fun!! Its important that the work environment is an enjoyable one and that the staff have a great example to look to when things get a little stressful."
