"I worked for Flightpath in 2013 and felt they were an alright company who gave a lot of responsibility to their employees and independence. Most projects were to be done in small teams and were usually managed by themselves."
"I worked with Flightpath in 2013. I found it to be a remarkably strong company for the small development team they have employed. The employees are all competent, strong workers with a concentration on web development and mobile applications. The office I worked at only had about 30 employees in the NYC location."

"Think quick, be prepared to think on your feet, know the industry, don't fib!"
What don't you like about working at FlightPath Services?
"There isn't that much room for advancement at this point. The Owner isn't very sensitive about people being overworked."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Realize that people are sensitive, if you want people to put in the extra mile start with Senior Management, the role models of the organization. Make it a team effort have everyone stay and put in the extra effort so it isn't a burden on just a few."
