"Think quick, be prepared to think on your feet, know the industry, don't fib!"

What don't you like about working at FlightPath Services?

"There isn't that much room for advancement at this point. The Owner isn't very sensitive about people being overworked."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Realize that people are sensitive, if you want people to put in the extra mile start with Senior Management, the role models of the organization. Make it a team effort have everyone stay and put in the extra effort so it isn't a burden on just a few."
