"You can work independently, always going somewhere different each trip as well as always working with someone different and meeting all kinds of people on the job."

"Having to work Holidays, and weekends. Also being on call for 24 hours a day for max of 6 days. Very unsafe."

"Listen to your people out in the front line of passengers. Make changes for the better and have suggestion boxes in each crew room"

"No set schedule, very low pay, no room for growth."

"Listen to the employees on the front lines, they are the face of the company."

"I loved traveling to a different place everyday, meeting new people and trying new things."

"Make sure that you are ready to be away from your home and you family/friends for long periods of time. It gets a lonely sometimes, but hang in there, it gets better."
What don't you like about working at US Airways?
"I didn't like the benfits packages that they offered. I also didn't like the treatment of the employees inside the airports. (I was employed there when a lot of employees went on strike in Philadelphia)"

"Treat your employees with respect."

"The people/ flight attendants are some of the most wonderful I've ever met."

"Be yourself , know your self."

"My starting pay. My unknown schedule(flying reserve). Not utilizing all of my God-given skills on a daily basis."

"Management is in check- They have a good handle on things there. I only suggested more re-cycling in the aircrafts."

"if you are addicted to any drugs such as marijuana or cocaine make sure you kick the habit, they are serious about zero tolerance policy and they would fire you if they catch you with drugs in your system."

"kicking employee to the curve, once the dirty laundry gets out....."

"give the employee another chance when it comes to non work related issues, such as testing positive ona drug test."

"Having to be away from home all the time, the risks and injury involve in constantly flying, the fact that it also becomes routinary and no challenge. There wasn't much space to grow."

"For the management to carefully choose the right people they promote to senior positions who are probably much chosen if voted by the junior crews."
