"With this company 6+ yrs. Typical annual raises only 3%. Since the company has operations in 30 countries and about 200,000 employees there is a lot of "knowledge silos". Customers are always trying to squeeze better pricing from Flex and reducing profit margins which have translated into lower yearly raises and bonuses for its employees. Lots of great and knowledgeable people to work and collaborate. Compensation can be better in general, in my opinion, is on the lower range for any particular job in the Silicon Valley area. For example, some Program Managers and others in technical fields leave Flex to work for Flex's customers for better salaries and benefits (Silcon Valley area)."
