"Unprofessional, Shop floor work are very long hours with no sitting available. You have to stand on a hard floor, many without any mats at all. If you are located in the cleanroom, you have to wear a smock, many smells bad from the previous person wearing and sweating in them. If you walk away from your machine for a minute, the leads will yell at you. The leads do not treat you with respect but instead monitor you as if you are doing something wrong. They never have anything nice to say to you. I will say that I have heard rumors that some other shift may be better, but I've not seen it."
