"When the economy shows any sign of weakness the manufactured housing industry feels the effect first and sales drop substantially putting many factory workers on the unemployment line. Co-workers were sometimes degrading making it an unfriendly place to work."

"It should not always be about making making as much money as fast as you can. Your co-workers from maintenance to general manager are people just like you who deserve your consideration and respect. There should be more promotion at the facilities on treat people the way you want them to treat you, It has to work both ways."
