"Because of the lack of synergy between proccesses and whats needed, one needs to create an enrvonment so that ones work will be value added and be completed on a timely basis."

"Too many softwares that does not work, too manual a proccess at the same time the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Proccess and procedures needs to be completed and put into place. Too many peices of softwares that does not get the job done, too may employees are doing their own thing instead of the company thing."
