What do you like about working at Prime Inc.?
"Competitive work environment. The owner is a good guy. A true capitalist and will share in the growth of the company with you."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Prepare to work 65 hours a week on average. 11 hour days. Many weekends. The work doesn't stop when you leave the building."
What don't you like about working at Prime Inc.?
"Company politics. Advancement based off the buddy buddy system and who you know."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Dont just hear employees. listen and take action. Most the time when we we're asked for our opinion we would get grilled as to why that opinion is wrong."

"Everyday was different, exciting and rewarding. My ability to think on my feet even after shifts of 50 hours was taylormade for this industry."

"It is a very rough business, do not expect a normal workday or workload."
What don't you like about working at Icicle Seafoods?
"Alaskans do not accept outsiders in thier state. Even after 20 years, despite being born there I was not accepted"

"Always treat everyone fairly and tell the truth. Leadership is earned not presented."

"The people were wonderful although the drivers could be demanding at times."

"Be professional and enthusiastic at all times while retaining a calm and cool demeanor."

"The position had no growth opportunity and the company was losing money."

"Create career paths employees can work toward and increase the company prifit margin."

"My coworkers are nice to work with and my drivers are fun. The work itself is somewhat easy."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You have to be tough and not take anything personal. Things are rough around here and things rarely goes right. It's not the fault of the people working, it's just the nature of the business."
What don't you like about working at Mason Dixon Intermodal?
"The amount of work is insane. I work at home most nights after working 9 - 9 12 hours during the day. I rarely take a real lunch. Though the work is fairly easy, one small mistake can cost the company hundred, even thousands of dollars. I'm on call 24/7. I dream about working. Everyone is stressed out."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would first learn how to do everything first before I start calling the shots."
