Flagler Hospital Employee

"Great departments in this hospital. We provide great care. Salary is nothing like listed here though. I am the next to highest pay for a nurse and make no where near the listed salary. Benefits are also not the best and cost a lot more than surrounding hospitals. The nurses in my area stay because of the environment not pay or benefits."
