"The company gets in its own way. Management constantly contradicts itself. There is no follow up to attempted improvements, everyone is quick to revert to old practices. No support from management when changes are made to ensure they stick. Poor communication between departments. Management and supervisors refuse change and improvements as many have been there over 20 years. There is no support from the corporate entity. The manufacturing personnel are not treated well, they are expected to work overtime whenever the company requires and threatens disciplinary action if not done. Get used to hearing "that's not my job" and/or "that's the way we've always done it"."
