"Complete Learning Environment for all positions. I was hired as a sales associate and became a finance manager/director, sales manager, sales trainer. I was able to learn a great deal about how to manage a sales location and to manage people effectively."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be HONEST and sincere when applying. Fitzgerald Auto Malls is a ISO organization that has established processes for almost everything they do. The company is dedicated to it's customers and honesty is the only policy. Focus on learning the product line and pay attention to the sales process and stick to the Fitzway policies."
What don't you like about working at Fitzgerald Auto Malls?
"The only negative I felt while working there was the promotion process was not always understood. The guidelines for getting a chance to become a manager of a product line was not always clearly understood by the candidates who wanted that chance. The gate keeper often was not the person readily accessible by the ones looking for the chance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Clearly define the process for promotion to manager like all other processes in the company. The internal customer is just as important as the external one. Ensure that the staff if not pitted against each other to gain promotion. Staff should not have to think that there is a manager who is better than any other when they cannot communicate with their management team they need a process to address those shortcomings."
