Fisher Phillips, LLP Employee

"I worked at F&P for about 3 years. Pros: Good, friendly staff. Kitchen is always stocked, semi casual wear. Cons: Always understaffed. Always had 5 attorneys I worked for, and when a secretary called out, it would get up to 6-7 attorneys on my desk because they didn't want to hire more help. Attorneys don't care how busy or stressed you are as long as you get your work done which means staying overtime or skipping your breaks. Bonuses are a joke. Everyone gets about $150-200 a year regardless of how long you've been there or how hard you've worked. Bad benefits, low pay for the work you do, and unreliable supervisor and management. Don't bother going to them if you need any help, you're basically on your own. Absolutely no room for growth if you're not an attorney or paralegal. Raises are hardly 1.5% raises, if you ask for anything above 2%, they'll make you feel like you're asking for so much and will try to negotiate it down."
