"The salaries are below industry average and their employee benefits are costing more and you are getting less. The 401k benefit was better when it was with Fidelity. When they moved to T.Rowe Price we were given less options and it takes 12-13 days from the time your withholdings are deposited into your account."
What don't you like about working at Fisher BioServices?
"The company attitude of sacrificing right from wrong in order to be politically correct. Not being able to hire more full time help. Being on-call to the facility 24/7/365."

"Employees need to be held more accountable for their actions. The attitude and culture of the company must evolve so that upper management is responsive to the needs of direct reports and hourly employees."
