I started out as a loan officer in the market, and was quickly transferred to the Head Quarters office to work on collection efforts in response to COVID-19. The company culture is fantastic, and everyone works together to achieve a common goal. We are a top workplace in Colorado and generously give to our surrounding communities."

What don't you like about working at FirstBank?

"Everyone starts out at the same rate of pay no matter what their previous experience. Departments constantly closing, and downsizing leaving many searching for a new job within the company all at once over and over again. Supervisors not handling problems before they got out of control. The score on your assessment test you take determines how far you can go within the company."
