"This company is the perfect example of a company lacking ethics."

What do you like about working at First Quality Products?

"Interesting, there is allways something new to learn about the process. Unfortunately not everyone wants to learn the process some just want to BS their way through it, and the managers get money for people advancing and push them through. Result, they can't do the job and you end up doing your job and theirs. Saving grace is the excellent process engineers on the lines."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If there's no preemployment test it's because their despirate for workers. Consider the type of individuals you will be working with."

What don't you like about working at First Quality Products?

"Managers and head of Human Resources are only out for retirement and don't care what goes on as long as they come out smelling like roses to the owners. They cover up valid complaints and go after anyone who dares to address problems. As a manager once said to me, you can take your complaint to HR but you won't like the results. If they know you are planning to leave they single you out and write you up for things everyone does so they can discourage potential employers from hiring you.Managers look for a fall guy to blame production issues on and it's always someone they don't like that they'd like to get rid of, result haven't seen a manager fired in 10 years, in the beginning it was a regular occurance. When an opening came up in human resources instead of promoting up the manager hired his neice. They create jobs for people they want to hire or promote. They fired the only good trainer they had to replace him with an empressive computer system that doesn't quiz knowledge of work instructions enabling workers to sign off without reading them, result workers that don't do things accurately."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Demagies' need to take a closer look at what they have and not just the numbers. Hiring cliches from other companies or those that form in your company dosen't promote an ethical environment it makes it easy for corruption to exist. HR covers up alot and lies when it suits them. I have seen alot of unethical treatment of workers by immature senior leads and 5 levels that didn't know their jobs but sucked up to the managers and got away with it. Then the company wonders why they have a bad reputation and have to go to a temp agency for workers. Old style management, yet they say they promote continuous improvement. Negative reinforcement not positive."
