"Be up front about your personal attributed and strengths. There is a lot to do and the work is demanding, but once you hit a stride it is very positive and rewarding."

"I would've liked greater control of my personal time, but this is a worthy sacrifice and part of the business!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not too much, the boat was very well run and the ships master was fair and thoughtful and very professional and well respected."
