"There is no ability to move up. This is very troubling because that is actually what I wanted to do. My current manager can not handle the work load she has been given, this may because she takes too much on or that she does not work enough hours. I would not suggest ever working in this department unless you are friends with the manager/her posse or come from Baum's office."
