"The only thing I didn't like about it was compensation. They really didn't compensate their employees for what they were worth even after many years of services. Sometimes they made promises that they didn't keep."

"Management needs to recognize their employees more often. Too many managers do not recognize the hard work and effort of the employees to earn money for the bank. If this happens, there would be much more employee retention."
