"I am fortunate in that my working relationship with my current manager is good so I have minimal supervision and flexibility to get my assignments completed and provide advice and input into our team. Base pay appears competitive but there is no bonus plan and the HSA is essentially placed into a non bearing interest account. No room for advancement in current department and unlike a lot of audit shops doesn't appear to be movement out of the department."
