"I have worked for First Midwest Bank for 4 years. It is a great company, willing to compensate its employees well and has handled the global pandemic better than any other company I know. It is a relationship driven bank with a focus on forward momentum and community involvement. My only complaint is that they do not vet their managers enough and are reluctant to step in when a toxic environment presents itself."
