"FGMC at the beginning of my job started in McLean, VA. they moved the company from VA to Plano, Texas. It is a Mortgage company. The company growth rate is very good. Pandemic COVID -19 situation and real estate market went down, so all the jobs got affected by that company."
"No culture, favoritisms, discrimination, Poor upper management. Some departments were good ours wasn’t. Run by person not knowledge of his job. Too much negativity, used employee with any thanks or recognition"

"I worked for First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation starting 1998. Worked with an amazing management team that cared about their employees and business with everything they had. We eventually merged through 2 other mortgage companies, SIB Mortgage and Greater Atlantic Mortgage, eventually came back to FGMC in 2004. Once the new CEO took over we had record breaking years 2015-2017. Nothing bad to say about that management team as I only wish to find another one in the same. Once the company big huge investor in 2017 and the company had major layoffs. I’ve also looked at things happening for a reason so I’m looking to be somewhere I enjoy and work with good training and lots of opportunity for advancement."

"Be open but firm. Treat everyone with respect and demand respect from everyone. Don't show favortism."
