"I have worked for First Financial for six months. Even though it was not a good fit for me, I got along very well with my co-workers. The work is challenging if you are new to benefits administration, but a lot of the processes are repetitive to the point it becomes tedious. The benefits that are offered are pretty good and they celebrate the birthdays for their employees in their respective birth months. There's also popcorn on Fridays."
