"One must have to desire to help people & not be afraid of fire, blood, or wrecks on the Interstate."

"A fire rescue call at 3AM with temps at 30 degrees below zero."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Train, train, train as all fire rescue must be current in all aspects for firefighting & rescue."
