I ensure that everything is in place before someone tries to spend any grant money. I monitor the expense side of the grant to make sure invoices are recorded correctly, money is received for the funder & that everything is done in a timely manner."

"keep relaxed and look confident in the interview. Try to match the interviewer's point of view."
What don't you like about working at Xerox?
"Nepotism, brownnosing is the only means to advancment. Talent and new ideas are repressed. Layoffs are a constant worry. DO IT CHEAP is their motto."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do the job on financial prediction modeling. Do the long term homework stop the constant fear of layoffs. Treat the bottom line people with respect instead of lining the pockets of the B-bands on up."
