"Go into the interview knowing that if you have customer service experience it will be to your advantage. First Market Bank is really big on knowing how to treat the customers."

"I do not like the salary that I receive at First Market Bank, and I also do not like the fact that I cannot really advance, grow, or develop in my current position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should place emphasis on seeing that your employees are compensated for the work that they do and they management should want to see other succeed."

"My tip to anyone looking to apply at Ashford is to be aware if they are looking for a professional company that they can grow and advance with they should stop and look elsewhere because they won't find any of those qualities at Ashford."
What don't you like about working at Ashford University?
"The money paid by Ashford given the amount of work that was required was insufficient. You were responsible for jobs that did not fit the position you were hired for. There was also little room for advancement within the company as well."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I feel that they need to have tighter restrictions on thier dress code, the acceptable behavior of their employees and begin paying employees the money they deserve based on the work that they do."
