"I enjoyed working as a financial reporting analyst - mainly because of the process investigating variances and breaks. When values don't seem to make sense or are off by a bit, it allowed me to act as a numeric sleuth in a way, drilling down into the numbers to find out what went awry, why it did, and help the appropriate department find a solution. There wasn't anything about it that I hated per se, but there is a feeling that I could do more intuitively challenging."

"Sorry! The bank is gone in 2009. Therefore, there is no more interviews to any one."
What don't you like about working at Vineyard Bank?
"No pay increase if job duty is not change, but finaance department had only limited jobs to do."

"Fully utilized application systems and it will create more productivities."

"My group is horrible. I was recuited hard to find out the role was way below my previous level."

"Clean out certain areas. It is clear many were promoted for doing a good job but are not good leaders. I'm surrounded by below average associates."
