"We are a grant funded organization and because our lack of fund we no longer can serve the community. ."

"Take account for all of your soldiers' personalities, not everyone responds the same way."

"Penn State is a very stable company. We live just 2 miles from work in a wonderful neighborhood. I have become close with many people."

"Penn State is so stable that very few people leave and because of that there is little room for advancement."

"Outsource and streamline operations to greatly reduce costs. Then, focus spending in a manner that has the greatest effect on the educational process."
