"Be honest, look neat, and show up on time and bring a printed resume."

"The politics. The who likes you more than the fact that you do a great job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Teach your staff how to make decisions, then back up the decisions they make ."
What do you like about working at Regional Medical Center?
"healthcare benefits, paid time off, set work schedule, but nothing about my job."

"The job description & requirements are a joke! Look elsewhere unless you have prior insurance experience and want to spend all day fixing problems."
What don't you like about working at Regional Medical Center?
"the executive leadership in our department is ultra conservative, but expects everyone to have their same views."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have more interaction from leadership with their employees. All leadership does is go to meetings. Supervisors don't supervise, they're too busy going to meetings, which is something a manager or director should do. The buck has been passed so far down the chain of command that you're either considered important or not important."

"It is not my passion. Some of the people I work with in management positions have no business being in the position they are in."

"I would get rid of employees who continously made mistakes. I would have less meetings and be more productive with my time."
