"Explore other options. Company pays well, but 60 hour work weeks do not result in recognition or loyalty."

"Exposure to new work is due to fact that executives are only interested in their individual bonuses and day to day work is passed to others. I have never been at a company where the ten highest paid employees offer so little to the company."
